How do I get started?

Download Affirmation Lock from the App Store, complete the onboarding flow to select apps to limit and set your schedule, then practice your first affirmation when a blocked app is opened.

How does app blocking work?

Affirmation Lock uses Apple's Screen Time APIs to intercept apps you choose. When you try to open a blocked app, you'll see a shield and be prompted to complete a brief affirmation practice before continuing.

Is my voice data sent anywhere?

No. Speech recognition runs entirely on your device. We never receive or store recordings of your voice or spoken affirmations.

How do I manage my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. You can view, change, or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings under Subscriptions.
